Auction Rules & Bidding

  • By placing a bid you agree to have Bedford North Lawrence Baseball email you high bidder/outbid notices.

  • By checking the Agree To Text Messaging checkbox on Auction Item pages, you consent to "I agree to receive text message updates from Bedford North Lawrence Baseball about auction item updates. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any text."

  • By checking the Agree To Text Messaging checkbox on User Preference pages, you consent to "I agree to receive text message updates from Bedford North Lawrence Baseball about game changes, weather alerts, and important team news. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any text."

Payment & Fulfillment

  • Winning bidders are required to complete payment within the timeframe specified at auction close.

  • Failure to submit payment may result in:

    • Forfeiture of the item

    • Disqualification from future auctions

  • Items are provided as-is, unless otherwise stated.

  • Pickup, shipping, or delivery details will be communicated after payment.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Unless explicitly stated:

  • All auction items, donations, and payments are non-refundable

  • No exchanges or substitutions will be provided

  • Donated items are subject to donor terms and availability

Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with auction functionality or security

  • Attempt to manipulate bids or pricing

  • Access accounts or data without authorization
