We are excited about our 2013 winter conditioning program. We will be starting what is arguably the most intense workout/fitness program there is...INSANITY. INSANITY is such an effective program because it is based on MAX Interval Training, which performs long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Our baseball program will complete a 60-day workout period of INSANITY, logging their results. Our goal upon completion is to have our athletes in top shape, maximum agility, flexibility and a strong core. All of these things are vital for us to compete with our upcoming season. We will post our progress and photos on this page as we continue through the program.
